Industrial Group (AIG) was established in 1974 with the opening
of its first drum manufacturing plant in Jeddah. Since then
two more factories were set up in Riyadh (1982) and then in
Jubail (1993).
Due to its commitment to quality, AIG has succeeded in commanding
over 85% of the drum and industrial packaging market in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. AIG provides drums to the petroleum,
petrochemical, chemical and food industry.
AIG is a dedicated investor in advanced automated manufacturing
equipment and systems. With this approach AIG have been able
to maintain quality in achieving a capacity of 1.8 million steel
and 120,000 plastic drums a year plus an additional reconditioning
capacity of 150,000 drums.

AIG drums conform to United Nations Shipping
Standards and Regulations and are ISO 9002 certified. The steel
drums are manufactured from high-grade steel; are treated to
be rust proof and by implementing triple seam welding are guaranteed
not to leak.
To enhance security the drums can be given special internal
coatings. The drums are available in a variety of specifications.
